Do I need to bring ID to get the tickets at the counter? How early I have to show up before the sailing time?
No. If you purchase discounted tickets please provide related info (ex: ID、disabled card 、student ID or under 12 years old health ID card). Please get your tickets at the counter at least 30 minutes before the sailing time.

What should I do if my booking got canceled due to the weather?
For safety considerations the captain will decide based on Central Weather Bureau’s info or any force majeure factors, such as weather, machinery issues, etc. You have the options to rearrange the trip or get the full amount of refund if cancel.

Would I get the sea sick?
Please take the sea sickness pills or patches 40 minutes before sailing time and avoid dairy products. The seat is first come first served, and it might help if you sit in the middle part of the ship.

Could my pet travel with me?
Please make sure you have valid rabies vaccine certificate (over 30 days and under 1 year) if you want to take your pet on the ship. Small size pet in the cage could bring in to the cabin and large size pet have to put on the muzzle and leash on the deck. Service dogs accompanying passengers with disabilities are allowed in the cabin.

Is there any parking lot at the harbor?
There are some street parking lot and private parking lot near Taitung harbor. Kenting Houbihu harbor has few street parking but we could help you to arrange the transportation from THSR Zuoying Station or Kaohsiung Main Station to the harbor.

How to book the transportation from THSR Zuoying Station or Kaohsiung Main Station to the harbor?
The driver will contact you between 5pm to 7pm one day before the sailing date and will pick you up at 5:00/9:40 if your sailing time at 7:30/ 13:00. The car type will be adjusted depends on your group size. You could get the discount price though us, one way is $350 per person, please pay it to the driver.

Could I check my motorcycle?
Yes, we have limited deck space and suggest you to bring your motorcycle by the ship 40 minutes before the sailing time. Please pay $350 per bike to the ship staff.

How long I will get the refund?
The process will take about 3 to 14 business days (not including the holiday). If you pay by credit card it will refund back to your card. Please provide us your refund bank account, branch, and your name if you use ATM.

How to refund the ticket?
Please contact us at least 90 minutes before departure and complete your cancellation if you can’t make the trip. If the cancellation is over 30 days of the departure date will charge $100 per order; within 30 days will charge 10% process fee of the ticket price and other service fee will be charged.
