• Due to the weather forecast, our company has rights to rearrange or cancel the trip and will notify customer 7-10 days before the departure date.
• For safety considerations, the company has the rights to postpone or cancel the trip due to any force majeure factors, such as weather, machinery issues, etc. You also have the options to rearrange the trip or get the full amount of refund if cancel.
• According to the regulations of the Ministry of Communications, the company has insured personal injury insurance for passengers, NT$ 2.5 million per person, insurance premiums have been included in the ticket.
• If a passenger suffers from a violent infectious disease, and the injury is serious enough to affect other passengers, or if the passenger does not have a professional medical staff, the company may refuse to board the ship.
• People with disabilities who have a disabled card can get a discounted fare. The company may refuse the passenger to board the ship for maritime safety reasons if there is no professional or relatives come with the person who has a disability or on a wheel chair.
• Smoking, fighting and causing troubles are prohibited on the ship. If it happened, the ship's supervisor has the right to refuse to take the passenger and could report to the local competent authority to handle. Any dangerous goods, contraband, flammable materials or stinking items are extremely prohibited on the ship.
• Passengers shall compensate for the market price if any willful damage the facilities on board or steal any life-saving equipment. In addition, passengers will be subjected to the actions of damage to public transportation equipment and public safety hazards.
• The carryon bag limited is 10 kg (22 pounds) per person. Please notify the staff and pay the overweight fee ( NT$5 per kilogram) at the counter.
